There is no billing yet, and that is deliberate. The wire has to prove itself before it earns a price. Everything below is on, for everyone in the beta, at no cost: webhook, REST API, MCP server, EN and DE payloads, all 10 live sources. No card, no trial timer, no sales call.
What paid plans will probably look like

Pricing FAQ
What does the beta cost?
Nothing. There is no card on file, no invoice, no usage meter running against you. We would rather learn whether the wire is useful than collect €99 from three people while we find out.
What's the catch?
Two honest ones. First, the pipeline is deliberately quiet: EU regulators publish maybe ten relevant items a week, so this is not a firehose. Second, onboarding is manual, we set up your key and endpoint by hand. In exchange you get direct access to the person building it.
What happens when you start charging?
You get told well before it happens, and beta users keep free access to what they already use. Nobody wakes up to a bill they did not agree to. If the paid plan is not for you, export your data and go, the schema is open.
Why a separate "GPAI" tier?
GPAI providers under Article 51 face a 14-day notification clock plus the full Code of Practice obligations. The GPAI tier ships with sub-14-day SLAs on Code of Practice updates and includes national-implementation tracking that matters for cross-border GPAI placements.
What's a "source tier"?
The sources fall into 3 tiers: Tier A EU primary (EUR-Lex, AI Office, AI Board, Code of Practice). Tier B standardisation (CEN/CENELEC). Tier C national regulators (BNetzA, BfDI, BSI, CNIL, NL Algoritmeregister). During the beta you get all of them, the tier split only matters once paid plans exist.
What about VAT?
Nothing is invoiced during the beta, so the question does not arise yet. Once paid plans launch, invoicing runs through ligea GmbH with the usual EU B2B reverse-charge treatment.
