# AI Act Radar

AI Act Radar tracks the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 as amended) from official
sources and serves it as structured data: a signed webhook, a REST API and an MCP server.
One jurisdiction, followed to working depth, including the national implementation layer
that EU-wide trackers treat as a single row. Informational content only, not legal advice.

Operated by ligea GmbH, Karlsruhe, under the project label Autonoe (autonoe.ai).

## Scope

- The regulation itself, article by article, with obligations by role and risk class
- The Commission layer: AI Office guidance, GPAI Code of Practice, templates, implementing acts
- The national layer: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland and others,
  with the responsible authority, national act, sandbox and penalties
- Standardisation: CEN/CENELEC JTC 21, and whether a harmonised standard has been cited yet

Dates reflect Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 (Digital Omnibus on AI, in force 27 July 2026), which
moved Annex III high-risk obligations to 2 December 2027 and the Annex I product route to
2 August 2028. Article 50 was not deferred; a four-month transitional period applies to systems
already on the market before 2 August 2026.
